1. Organiser

The #RaiseTheWave Challenge ("Contest") is organised by LAKE (@lake_lak3 on X). 

2. Eligibility

This Contest is open to individuals worldwide aged 18 and over. Minors must have parental/guardian consent to participate. Employees or partners of LAKE or Wolves, and their immediate families, are not eligible to win.

3. Contest Period

The Contest starts on May, 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM UTC and ends on May, 25th 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

Participants must complete these two (2) actions on X (Twitter):

1️⃣ Post a sustainable action you’ve done 💧🌱
2️⃣ And Post one of our posters to show your support 🙌

All entries must:

• Use #RaiseTheWave and #LAK3 hashtags

• Follow @lake_lak3 on X
  

5. Prizes

Three (3) winners will each receive an Official Wolves Player-Signed Jersey. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

LAKE must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation LAKE will send the surname and location or the X (Twitter) handles of the prize winners, as well as details of the Contest to anyone who emails lake.lak3.io or writes to FAO: LAK3 Company SA, 25 rue Merle d’Aubigne, 1207 Geneva, Switzerland within one month after the closing date stated in paragraph 3. If you object to any or all of your surname and location being published or made available, please contact LAKE. In such circumstances, LAKE must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected through a random prize draw from all eligible entries. However, LAKE reserves the right to disqualify and select an alternate winner if the submitted action or content does not reflect the campaign’s theme, values, or goals. 

Final decisions will be made by the LAKE team and are not subject to appeal. Winners will be announced on X (Twitter) the first week of June 2025. 

7. Notification & Delivery

Winners will be contacted via direct message on X. If a winner does not respond within 5 days, LAKE reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Shipping details will be arranged privately.

8. Rights & Usage

By entering, participants grant LAKE the right to repost, share, or use submitted content (with credit) for promotional purposes related to the #RaiseTheWave campaign.

9. Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, X (Twitter). Participants release X from any liability related to this Contest.

10. Data Protection

Any personal data shared (e.g. for prize delivery) will be used solely for the purposes of this Contest and handled in accordance with LAKE’s privacy policy.
